These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the GP Fantasy mobile application.

1. Service Description

GP Fantasy allows users to make predictions on race events. Points and rankings are calculated based on real race results.

2. User Accounts

• You must register with accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. Data and Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

4. Fair Use

• Cheating, manipulation, or abuse of the system is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

5. Liability

The app is provided "as is". We are not responsible for inaccuracies in race data or API downtime from external providers.

6. Ads and Monetization

The app may display ads. An ad-free subscription is available and is billed and managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in the store before the renewal date. We do not store payment card details.

7. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

• Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective terms.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Purchases may be restored on a new device or after reinstalling the app using the store's restore mechanisms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
